Grow Piqua Now, a public-private economic development organization, recently reached out to us, as one of the oldest manufacturing employers in Piqua, Ohio, to collaborate on a persuasive workforce recruiting video highlighting the benefits of our community’s employment opportunities.
In the newly released video Dan Brubaker, one of our hydraulic press engineers, shares the advantages of choosing a career in manufacturing, “Manufacturing is a pretty solid field. There is always going to be opportunity, there’s always going to be something that needs to be built. It’s always nice to see my own designs being built and knowing they are going to last for 50+ years.”
Alex Lee, one of our polymer equipment sales engineers, comments on the gratification he feels by having the ability to positively impact the operating performance of our customers, “What I love about working at French Oil…we put a lot of emphasis on the customer. I get to travel the world. Our advantage to the customers is that we customize the machines to their specifications.”
Brubaker and Lee also comment on the positive quality of life in Piqua.
