Manager of Manufacturing
Don joined the French team in June 2015
Don came to French from Bullen Ultrasonics Inc. in Eaton, Ohio, where he served in the same capacity. Prior to his 10 years there, Don spent 17 years with The Gem City Engineering Company in Dayton, Ohio.
Don has an M.B.A. and a B.S. Business, both from Urbana University. He has also attained a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University & ESI International.
Human Resources Manager
Brian joined the French Engineering group in October 2014 to manage the human resource functions at the company. Brian is also involved in our ISO-certification process and our Quality Management System. Brian replaced the late Randy Hefelfinger who held this position for 39 years.
Brian brings almost twenty years of Human Resource experience from area manufacturing companies. Prior to joining French, Brian was employed by the ISO-certified Rittal Corporation’s manufacturing facility in Urbana, Ohio.
His education includes a Master’s degree in Education at Antioch University in Dayton and a B.S. Human Resources Management degree from Wright State, also in Dayton. Brian is a veteran of the US Army.
