TMP Asian Injection Molding Press Mechanics

The self-contained TMP Asian Econo-Jet RIVH and SIVH injection molding presses are durable and reliable machines designed for quality part production. The Econo-Jet RIVH rubber injection press is available in a 2RT, 3RT or 4RT model with capacities from 200 to 600 tons and platen sizes ranging from 500mm to 900mm square.

Its stablemate, the TMP Asian Econo-Jet SIVH series for solid silicone injection molding is available in 200 to 300 tons models with platens ranging from 500mm to 600mm square. Customers may choose from a UDMO, RTMO, NTMO and FTMO 2RT, 3RT or 4RT design.

Material Supply System

The TMP Asian Econo-Jet RIVH rubber injection molding press series features a specialized two-stage material supply that effectively expels bubbles out of the raw material, eliminating the presence of dead material in the injection system.

The TMP Asian Econo-Jet SIVH solid silicone injection molding press series features a patented double screw material feeding system to minimize entrapped air. Special construction of this model allows for continuous feed in addition to fast and easy cleanout.

Injection Volume Control

A high-precision linear transducer accurately calculates and controls injection volume.

Design of Rotary Injection Board
The presses feature specialized loading and unloading functions. The easy-to-clean injection nozzle design eliminates dead material in the nozzle, yielding consistent quality parts.

Hydraulic System Design
The TMP Asian Econo-Jet RIVH and SIVH injection molding presses feature a full-scale oil system that automatically and proportionally adjusts working pressures for stable operation.
