The TMP Asian Econo-Jet RIVV rubber injection molding press is designed to operate safely with accurate surface precision, delivering quality parts. The compact footprint of the Econo-Jet allows easy installation and minimizes floor space needs.
The TMP Asian Econo-Jet RIVV is available in 200 to 400 ton models with platens ranging from 600mm to 700mm square. Customers may choose from a UDMO, NTMO, RTMO and FTMO 2RT, 3RT or 4RT press construction.

Material Supply System
A specialized two-stage material supply effectively expels bubbles out of the raw material, eliminating the presence of dead material in the injection system.
Injection Volume Control
A high-precision linear transducer accurately calculates and controls injection volume.
Cool Runner Technology
The water cooling system controls mold temperature, avoiding any deadlock of material, thereby reducing waste.
Vacuum Mold Design
An optional vacuum pump increases the yield rate of high-quality parts.
Hydraulic System Design
