Press Mechanics
The TMP Asian Econo-Tech RC compression molding machine is capable of high speed production, using double mold plates. The self-contained dual-press system is designed with a central control system and is available in 200 to 600 ton models with platen sizes ranging from 550mm to 950mm square. Customers may choose from a UDMO, NTMO, RTMO and FTMO press construction. The 2RT, 3RT and 4RT Econo-Tech models feature multiple top opening plates, allowing more flexibility in your molding process.
Mold Open Design
The rail mold opens to a 90-degree angle for convenient operation.
Alignment
Customers may utilize a slow-moving speed for press alignment and increased accuracy.
Hydraulic System Design
The hydraulic system incorporates two pumps and both presses can be operated simultaneously. The system is reliable with minimum maintenance required.
