Vacuum Press Mechanics
The TMP Asian Vacu-Jet RCV vacuum molding press system features two presses with one central control system and is designed to make consistent, high-quality parts.
TMP Asian Vacu-Jet presses are available with capacities ranging from 200 to 500 tons and platen sizes ranging from 500mm to 900mm square. Customers may choose from a rail mold open design or a front top mold open design with 2RT, 3RT or 4RT construction.

Mold Design
The patented rail mold opens to a 90-degree angle for convenient operation. In addition, the design eliminates the need to remove the base of the rail mold opening when replacing the molds, promoting efficiency.
Mold Loading/Unloading Desing
The press features specialized loading and unloading functions that are durable, quiet and allow quick mold changes.
Hydraulic System Design
The hydraulic system incorporates two pumps and both presses can be operated simultaneously. The system is reliable with minimum maintenance required.
Alignment
Customers can choose between fast or slow mold calibration for better accuracy.
Mold Positioning
The press molds can be precisely positioned. Various sensors are available to prevent mold damage.
Operating Speeds
