Ohio House Commendation for French Oil’s 125th Anniversary
The Ohio House commendation for French Oil’s 125th anniversary marks a meaningful milestone in our journey of innovation and leadership in manufacturing. During a special visit to our Piqua headquarters, State Representative Johnathan Newman (House District 80) presented the commendation to our Chairman of the Board and CEO, Tayte French Lutz, during an all-employee meeting. The Ohio House commendation honors our legacy as a fourth-generation, family-owned business and highlights our continued contributions to Ohio’s manufacturing sector.
As part of the celebration, Representative Newman also participated in our “Sign the Sign” tribute—a commemorative moment during our May 21st 125-year celebration that invited attendees to autograph a vintage French Oil logo originally used in our facility in the 1950s. This symbolic gesture connected our proud past to our promising future, capturing the spirit of reflection and appreciation that defines this milestone anniversary.
