Welcome Jacqueline Gamblin to French’s Board of Directors!

Piqua, Ohio – April 12, 2024 – The shareholders of The French Oil Mill Machinery Company, a manufacturer of hydraulic presses, oilseed, and polymer equipment, elected Jacqueline Gamblin to its Board of Directors during their April 2024 meeting.

Tayte French Lutz, FOMMCO CEO and Chairman of the Board, stated, “We are pleased to welcome Jacqueline to our board. As a business-savvy entrepreneur with a proven track record of success in executive leadership, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise. Gamblin currently serves as CEO of JYG Innovations LLC, a Dayton-based IT technology consulting firm she founded in 2009, supporting government and commercial clients. Under Jacqueline’s leadership, the company has achieved significant growth, industry-leading employee retention, and established an award-winning corporate culture.

In addition, Jacqueline serves on the board and as an audit committee member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and is Board Chair of Central State University, Ohio’s only public historically black college or university.

She holds a B.S. in Biology from Wright State University, an M.S. in Administration from Central Michigan University, and has completed the Tuck Executive Education program at Dartmouth. Jacqueline has received multiple awards including Dayton Business Journal’s Who’s Who in Aerospace, YWCA Women of Influence Award, and the Women to Watch Ohio’s 10th Congressional District Community Service Award.

Founded in 1900, The French Oil Mill Machinery Company makes machines to make people’s lives better. The company manufactures a vast array of hydraulic presses, essential for molding and shaping rubber, composite materials, and laminated components. It also supplies oilseed processing and extraction machinery to the food industry and industrial sectors, including biodiesel and other fuel productions. Additionally, French offers a wide range of mechanical dewatering and drying presses tailored for the synthetic rubber industry. Located in Piqua, Ohio, French’s extensive 225,000 square foot facility serves as its manufacturing hub and corporate headquarters. Certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard, French boasts a robust domestic and international clientele, extending its reach to over 80 countries.
