This new 140 Ton vacuum lamination hot press is fully-automated, has six 3.5” daylight openings and comes with 24” x 30” platens.
As a hot press, it utilizes thermal fluid heated and cooled platens designed for ultimate heat uniformity with maximum temperature capabilities reaching 650°F.
The 140T Vacuum Hot Press Features:
- A hydraulic unit with a pressure control range of 2.8 Tons to 140 Tons (US), a 30” per minute closing speed, and a 1” per minute pressing speed
- A vacuum chamber with front and rear doors, coupled with a dedicated vacuum pump which can evacuate the chamber to ~29” Hg
- Thermal fluid heated platens for precise process control and optimal temperature uniformity
- ± 1% hydraulic pressure control with a closed loop hydraulic pressure control system
- 10-segment recipe controls with Allen Bradley PLC controls
- A mobile indexing accumulator with operator-assisted loading and unloading capabilities
