Every custom hydraulic press is built at our Piqua, Ohio facility under ISO 9001:2015 certified quality procedures. French Oil's machining and fabrication capabilities cover the full production sequence, from raw structural steel through precision machining, assembly, hydraulic system integration, and electrical controls installation. We do not outsource core manufacturing.
Our machine tools include CNC machining centers, a bridge mill, a vertical turning lathe, a horizontal machining center, and manual machining equipment for a full range of part sizes and tolerances. Crane capacities of 30 tons and hook clearances of 23 feet support large-frame press assembly. Our Certified SolidWorks Users produce full assembly diagrams, foundation loading drawings, and detailed machining documentation for every project.
Engineering Tools: 3D SolidWorks, FEA, and Parametric Design
Our engineers design custom hydraulic press frames and systems using 3D SolidWorks with parametric modeling, enabling rapid customization of proven frame architectures while maintaining design integrity. Finite element analysis (FEA) validates structural performance under press loading, and field laser-alignment data from operating presses informs ongoing design refinements. Every press frame and hydraulic system is validated before it leaves our facility.
