Leadership roles:
I started at French Oil Mill Machinery Co. as a manufacturing engineer and have received multiple promotions since. In 1999, I was promoted to director of engineering for the Hydraulic, Polymer and Oilseed product lines and was given the additional responsibility of manufacturing in 2002. I was promoted to my current role in 2007 and directly supervise engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales at French. I have also been a member of the Management Team since 2000.

Career highlights/accomplishments:
Start-up and continuing operations of FOM (Shanghai) Co. Ltd., allowing French to serve the growing Chinese polymer industry with domestically made products to dewater and dry synthetic rubber.

Purchase of Technical Machine Products and subsequent 2011 sales restructure, which better supports our customers by leveraging the French & TMP rubber molding and mixing systems within the various markets we serve. The acquisition is strengthening French’s position as the Technology and Quality Leader.
