Engineering Administrative Assistant
The Engineering Administrative Assistant provides critical support to the Engineering team by managing data, documentation, and systems within an engineered-to-order manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate Bills of Materials, supporting engineering changes, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with technical information while supporting a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing team.
Machinist
We are seeking an experienced Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating manual and/or CNC machines, including lathes, mills, grinders, and machining centers. This role requires a deep understanding of machine shop theory, shop mathematics, material maintainability, and layout techniques.
Design and engineer custom hydraulic press systems for advanced manufacturing applications. As a Mechanical Design Engineer at French Oil, you will develop complex mechanical assemblies involving hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation, taking projects from concept through production and field installation.
Design and support vertical die casting presses built for performance, reliability, and long-term value. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will develop customer-specific press designs using engineering calculations, 3D modeling, and detailed documentation while working closely with electrical, process, and manufacturing teams.
Electrical/Mechanical Assembler – 1st Shift
The Electrical/Mechanical Assembler builds and assembles custom industrial machinery using detailed engineering drawings and work instructions. This role involves installing and integrating mechanical and electrical components on equipment such as mechanical screw presses, hydraulic systems, and rebuild projects. The assembler works closely with engineering and production teams to ensure equipment is built accurately, safely, and to specification. This position is well suited for someone who takes pride in hands-on work, problem-solving on the shop floor, and contributing to high-quality custom machinery.
Purchasing Agent– Manufacturing
The Purchasing Agent is responsible for procuring raw materials, components, and outsourced services to support manufacturing operations. This role works closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure materials are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and are obtained at competitive cost. The ideal candidate will actively seek new vendors, negotiate effectively, and contribute to overall cost savings and operational efficiency.
